The role contributes to the growth and profitability of the department through the attainment of specific sales goals for all-size plans from external resources and internal associates.Responsibilities Maintain technical expertise in the investment industry, including monitoring qualified plan investment products, mutual funds, new investment strategies, and evaluating managers.Provide clients with ERISA 3(21)/3(38) fiduciary investment advice.Proactively seek and monitor investments that best meet the client's objectives, periodically updating and completing investment analysis.Conduct fiduciary review meetings with clients to evaluate portfolio performance, comparative market analysis, investment history, and risk, and provide recommendations.Answer client and participant questions and perform research as needed.Conduct Plan Sponsor Fiduciary Training for committee members.Plan communication strategy for clients, directing preparation of communication materials, reviewing, and presenting determinations to the client.Conduct independent oversight of recordkeepers and providers.Conduct employee education and enrollment processes, focusing on retirement readiness and plan outcomes.Focus on business development for the department.Provide ongoing support for existing business partners to retain current clients and secure additional clients.Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred (4‑year degree required).7–10 years of experience in qualified plan retirement investment industry.Must hold a Series6 or 7, and a63 or 65 license.Knowledge of RPAG Retirement Plan Fiduciary analysis tool or similar program.Well‑organized self‑starter able to handle multiple tasks and critical deadlines.Knowledge of basic accounting principles.Proficient with personal computer and various office software.Strong knowledge of qualified plan and investment products.Knowledge of marketing and sales practices and principles.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Thorough, detail‑oriented, and able to handle confidential information.Required Travel: Up to 25%.Department: Account Management & Service.HUB International Limited is an equal‑opportunity employer that does not discriminate on the basis of race/ethnicity, national origin, religion, age, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by local, state or federal laws, rules or regulations.E‑Verify Program: We endeavor to make this website accessible to all users.
