    POSITION TITLE: Zone Manager- Retail

    EMPLOYMENT CLASSIFICATION: Full Time

    POSITION REPORTS TO: Assistant General Manager

    SHIFT NEEDED: Open Availability

    POSITION SUMMARY:

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Service:

    • Model Company Service standards and behaviors with every customer; efficiently resolve escalated customer and associate inquiries in accordance with company policies and procedures.
    • Train and perform all register, cash handling, and Loss Prevention functions as outlined in Standard Operating Procedures.

    Operations:

    • Facilitate opening and closing of stores.
    • Direct merchandise replenishment, maintain stockroom organization, and support receiving functions.
    • Ensure merchandising standards are consistently executed according to company guidelines.
    • Coordinate and align team resources to maximize sales, productivity, and customer service.
    • Resolve basic IT and register issues and escalate concerns as needed.
    • Promote a safe work environment by conducting regular inspections and addressing workplace concerns.
    • Prepare for and participate in inventories and verify high-risk counts.

    Financial/Business:

    • Drive business results by achieving sales goals, executing promotional programs, and supporting special events.
    • Communicate daily business priorities and identify opportunities to improve performance through people, processes, and products.

    People/Leadership:

    • Serve as Manager on Duty, providing leadership and direction during assigned shifts.
    • Coach, train, and develop associates to deliver outstanding customer experiences and achieve performance expectations.
    • Foster strong relationships within the airport community while representing the company in a professional manner.
    • Partner with the AGM and GM to address performance concerns and support employee development.
    • Contribute feedback for associate evaluations and coaching discussions.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
