Retail Supervisor will be responsible for sales, inventory, and revenue generated for HHX merchandise. The supervision of staff in relation to merchandise. The providing the best customer service to all guests. Performs all duties in accordance with Planet Hollywood policies and within the realm of the Caesars Entertainment Mission Statement.
With 2,500 beautifully designed guest rooms and suites showcasing some of the best views in town, Planet Hollywood encompasses more than 100,000 square-feet of gaming, several lounges, various restaurants including Gordon Ramsay BurGR.
Previous high volume customer service experience preferred.
Two to Three year retail Supervisory experience is required.
Experience in sporting appeal sales is a plus.
Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
Must be at least 18 year of age.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Must present a well-groomed appearance.
Must have exceptional work ethic, love working face to face with the public, are able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Demonstrates ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
Must possess excellent interpersonal, leadership, team building and problem solving skills.
Must have working knowledge of computers to include Microsoft Word and Excel.
Must be able to work well with co-workers and work as a team.
Train and evaluate Team in all functions of the Hoop Hall Experience Retail.
Approach and greet customers promptly and professionally in order to encourage a positive customer experience.
Complete required paperwork when handling comps, coupons, and room charges.
Communicate professionally and diplomatically with customers and co-workers.
Holds staff accountable for achieving standards.
Administers discipline and assists with annual performance appraisals.
Coaches and trains Exhibit Attendants for the execution of all operational processes
Energizes and motivates teams through positive reinforcement of service standards while executing tasks
Conducts interviews for new staff and makes recommendations on selected candidates.
Resolves payroll discrepancies in a timely manner.
Schedule employees to meet the demands of the retail.
Monitors and enforces safety procedures.
Reviews Profit and Loss statements and adhere to the budget.
Maintains appropriate files.
Orders retail merchandise supplies.
Utilizes resources to ensure that product is received and processed in a timely manner.
Inspects merchandise for damages and counts for accuracy.
Verifies that all items listed on the purchase order and packing list were received.
Communicates merchandise shortages and outages to the manager.
Establishes excellent rapport and professional relationships when dealing with departments, guests, vendors, and delivery personnel.
Conducts inventories as requested by manager.
Monitors ship dates and cancel dates of products.
Troubleshooting and resolving manufacturing, quality, and shipping problems.
Reviews scrap and inventory adjustments while developing methods and procedures to reduce them.
Ensuring compliance to all policies and procedures, as well as adherence with safety and quality standards.
Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours a day.
Perform all other job functions as assigned by management.
