This role is not just about overseeing day-to-day operations, it encompasses becoming a key player in shaping the shopping experience and driving our success to new heights. As the Retail Supervisor, you will be the linchpin between the store staff and management ensuring seamless operations, exemplary customer service, and a positive work environment. We are seeking candidates that will promote good business practices with a special focus on achieving the highest possible standards of service excellence. You will also assist with coaching and training team members in a professional manner while working to improve their performance.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Keep Retail Manager informed of departmental readiness and concerns
- Ensure the highest level of guest service is achieved by all employees
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned retail locations
- Achieve business goals and objectives set by the Retail Manager
- Promote a healthy, safe, and hazard-free work environment
- Maintain accountability for department labor and inventory
- Anticipate needs and service requirements and work with the Retail Manager to develop plans
- Performs other duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum two years of work experience in a retail environment
- Verifiable supervisory experience
- Retail buying experience preferred
- Experience with retail point-of-sale inventory systems
- Proficient experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or similar
- Must possess a valid state driver’s license
- Able to lift twenty pounds unattended and forty pounds with assistance
- Willing and able to work odd or irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Able to work in sunny, hot, humid, cold, and rainy conditions
