The Role
We're seeking a Store Manager who will lead our retail store team to deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving business results. As the heart of your store, you'll build a high-performing team, champion the Framebridge brand, and ensure every customer leaves inspired. This role reports to the District Manager.

As Store Manager, You Will:
Set the standard of offering exceptional customer service and representing the Framebridge brand in our retail stores
Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and train great retail team members
Develop, execute, and continuously improve operational activities in our retail stores to ensure customer experience and financial goals are met
Work closely with the manufacturing facility to ensure seamless omni-channel operations
Apply excellent listening, oral, and communication skills to build relationships with our customers and coach retail team members
Demonstrate deep product knowledge and design advice to customers and train retail team members to do the same
Coordinate in-store events with the Framebridge marketing team
Answer questions and troubleshoot issues using sound judgment
Offer suggestions to innovate and improve our retail experience

Work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends that meet the needs of the business
Who You Are:
Experience managing in a customer service, retail, or hospitality role
Demonstrated leadership ability with a minimum of 3 years experience as a Store Manager in a customer-facing sales or hospitality setting
Excited about building, developing, and coaching a high-performing retail team
An engaging personality with strong influence, interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering positive business results
Interest in design and excitement to work in a creative environment
Quick and eager learner of new tools, technology, products, and processes
Great time-management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Adaptability and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Degree in art, design, marketing or relevant fields preferred but not required
Physical Requirements:
This role requires the ability to perform the following physical tasks on a regular basis:
Standing for extended periods of time (up to 8 hours per shift)
Light lifting (up to 30 lbs) — carrying frames, supplies, or packaging materials
Bending, reaching, and light physical movement as needed in a retail or production environment

Salary Information:
The base range is $65,000 – $72,000, plus potential performance bonuses. Final compensation depends on experience, qualifications, and location.
