We're looking for a Retail Store Manager with an owner's mindset to oversee every aspect of our retail operation, from merchandising and inventory to volunteer leadership and customer experience.
This is a hands-on leadership position where no two days are exactly alike.
Manage the daily operation of the store
Create attractive merchandise displays
Price and organize donated goods
Monitor inventory and sales performance
Oversee POS operations, cash handling, and deposits
Recruit, train, and coordinate volunteers
Build positive relationships with customers, donors, and community partners
Help grow awareness through community outreach and marketing efforts
Enjoy leading by example
Love creating systems and staying organized
Thrive in a hands-on retail environment
Can balance customer service with operational excellence
Are comfortable making decisions independently
Have previous retail leadership experience
$20/hour
$500/month health insurance reimbursement
