Shop Heroic Wholesale Outlet is looking for an experienced Retail Store Manager to join our growing team. Shop Heroic currently has retail locations in Sacramento, Natomas, Elk Grove, Vacaville and Concord and is expanding into the Carmichael area. The ideal candidate will have an ability to manage the daily operations of the retail store and complete tasks related to inventory tracking, marketing and customer service. They should be a confident salesperson and be able to share their best practices in order to onboard new employees. This candidate should also possess strong leadership skills and be able to assign duties to relevant employees in order to maintain the function of the store


Job Summary

  • Oversee and effectively manage all aspects of retail sales environment

  • Reviews operational sales records to project sales and determine profitability

General Accountability

  • Resolves customer complaints regarding sales and service

  • Monitors customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts

  • Directs and coordinates activities involving sales of products

  • Occasionally determines price schedules and discount rates according to guidelines set by owners

  • Reviews operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability

  • Prepares budgets and approve budget expenditures

  • May Represent company at trade association meetings to promote products

  • Plans and directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs

  • Advises customers on types of and purchase needs

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum Education: High school graduate or equivalent

  • Minimum Experience: 2 Years

  • Preferred Education: Bachelors Degree in Sales, Business, Management fields

  • Preferred Field-of-Expertise: Sales and Managerial Experience

Compensation


  • +/- $60,000 per year depending on experience
