service. Assist customers with cheese selections, pairings, and product
recommendations. Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked display
cases and sales areas. Answer customer questions regarding products,
ingredients, and handling recommendations. Monitor product quality,
freshness, and inventory levels. Accurately process customer purchases
using a point-of-sale (POS) system. Answer telephones to provide
information and receive orders. Maintain compliance with food safety,
sanitation, and health regulations. Clean and sanitize work areas,
equipment, and utensils regularly. Support store opening and closing
procedures. Safely operate cheese cutting, slicing, and wrapping
equipment to cut, slice, wrap, label, and package cheese products
according to customer requests and store standards. Perform other duties
