Job Full Description

The role

As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll be the face of our client's boutique - creating memorable, white-glove experiences for every customer who walks through our doors. You'll help families find the right products for their little ones and fur babies while building genuine relationships that bring customers back again and again.

What you'll do
  • Deliver an exceptional, personalized shopping experience for every customer
  • Develop deep product knowledge across our baby and pet assortment to make confident recommendations
  • Maintain an organized, visually appealing, and well-stocked store floor
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
  • Assist in merchandising, receiving, and inventory management
  • Build lasting customer relationships and cultivate a loyal clientele
  • Contribute to a positive, team-first store culture
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 1-2 years of retail sales experience (boutique or specialty retail a plus)
  • Proven ability to provide white-glove, consultative customer service
  • Genuine passion for babies, pets, or family-focused products
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and takes initiative without being asked
  • Comfortable on your feet for extended periods in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday availability required)
Compensation & Benefits
  • $20.00 - $22.00 per hour, based on experience
  • 32-40 hours per week (average)
  • Weekend availability is required; full schedule shared upon hire
