As a key member of the store's leadership, you will guide Receiving Associates, support merchandise displays, and ensure a neat, organized back of house and sales floor. Responsibilities include modeling standards, maintaining compliance, coordinating breaks, and coaching team members.
Requirements include strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to lift 40lbs. or more.
