Retail Stocking Team Leads are a key part of our store's leadership team
They play an integral role in leading Receiving Associates by becoming an extension of the Retail Stocking Team Supervisor
Our Retail Stocking Team Leads work behind the scenes to support our team members and help bring our merchandise displays to life
If you're hands-on, lead by example, and have great problem-solving skills, we think you'll be a great addition to our team!

Responsibilities:
+ Model company appropriate Back of House Standards for receiving/stocking team + Maintain a neat and orderly stock, receiving area and sales floor + Drive Associate compliance with company policies and standards + Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence + Coaching associates in the moment and providing recognition
Requirements:
+ Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude + Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required + Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise weight 40lbs
or more, as well as the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule; including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
