We’re looking for a dedicated  Staff Pharmacist to provide safe, effective, and patient-focused care in our retail environment. You’ll play a key role in medication management, patient counseling, and leading pharmacy operations while collaborating with a dynamic healthcare team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Accurately dispense prescription medications and ensure proper medication use

  • Evaluate physician orders for appropriateness, interactions, dosage, and stability

  • Conduct Drug Utilization Reviews (DUR) and clinical edits to ensure patient safety

  • Maintain accurate patient records, including medical history, lab data, and medication lists

  • Respond to drug-related questions from patients, nursing staff, and other healthcare providers

  • Implement cost containment and pharmacy process improvements

  • Supervise and support pharmacy staff in daily operations

  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations for procurement, storage, distribution, and disposal of medications

  • Document all communications and maintain regulatory-required records

What We’re Looking For:

  • BS or PharmD in Pharmacy

  • Licensed Pharmacist in Wisconsin

  • Certified to administer vaccinations in Wisconsin preferred
  • Strong knowledge of proactive healthcare and nutraceuticals

  • Computer skills (MS Office, RX30, and/or Pioneer preferred)

  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills

  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for the duration of your shift

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs
