- Schedule: M-F, early start times
- Field-based outside sales position supporting off-premise accounts. The territory will include the High Desert to Paso Robles

Position Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing day to day leadership, development, engagement, and supervision to assigned sales personnel
- Responsible for achieving goals related to sales, displays, shelf position, and pricing
- Foster communication and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to support sales efforts and ensure alignment with company goals within an assigned territory
- Assist sales account managers with setting account-specific objectives, managing follow-up and tracking performance through KPIs and performance metrics
- Other projects or duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor''s Degree with 4 to 6 years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 7 to 9 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience
- Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and maintain an acceptable driving record and insurance coverage as required by the Company and state law
- Ability to repetitively lift a minimum of 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and up to 175 lbs. when handling keg products
