The role involves educating customers on rewards programs, completing enrollments, and promoting Voice of Customer surveys. Associates will also perform store recovery, merchandise return processes, and support shrink and safety initiatives. Cross-training in framing sales and production is preferred. Candidates should have retail or customer service experience, be able to stand for long periods, lift heavy items, and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
