The Retail Service Specialist supports store management in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations, with shift management responsibilities in their absence. Strong communication skills and the ability to obtain RSS Certification are required; retail experience, automotive knowledge, ASE certification, and bilingual abilities (especially Spanish) are preferred.
