The Retail Service Specialist reports to the Branch Manager and is based onsite at the Columbia City Branch. This non-exempt, individual contributor role offers a pay range of $18.97 to $24.81 per hour, depending on experience and skills.
They build trust with members by delivering high-quality service, handling transactions, opening accounts, verifying identities, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role involves assessing member needs, promoting products, resolving issues, and generating referrals through needs-based conversations.
Additionally, the Specialist serves as the branch champion for digital tools, assisting members with online and mobile banking, and training staff on digital support. The position requires strong communication, sales, and service skills, basic knowledge of banking products, and the ability to operate standard office equipment. A high school diploma is required, with college or sales experience preferred.
