The Retail Sales Supervisor serves as a key operational and customer-service leader, leveraging automotive product knowledge to resolve complex customer inquiries, ensure accurate parts identification, and maintain a high standard of in-store technical expertise.This role provides ongoing coaching, training, and performance support and accountability to team members to strengthen product knowledge and service capabilities across the store. In addition, the Retail Sales Supervisor oversees daily sales operations, drives execution of merchandising and operational standards, ensures compliance with company policies, and leads personnel in achieving sales targets while cultivating a customer-focused, efficient, and high-performing retail environment.

Job Conditions
The Retail Sales Supervisor works in both indoor and outdoor environments within an auto salvage yard setting, with exposure to varying weather conditions, dust, automotive fluids, and noise from machinery and customer activity. A variable schedule including weekends, holidays, and peak sale days is required, along with adherence to safety protocols and the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
