WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AS OUR RETAIL SALES SUPERVISOR

This position typically works from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm, including weekends.

You'll be at the heart of our retail operations, assisting customers with whatever they need and motivating your team to do the same! While you'll have a hand in the day-to-day responsibilities, your main focus will be on fostering team members' growth and developing their skills. You'll oversee sales staff and range safety officers' activities, identifying areas for improvement and providing effective training to address and fill knowledge gaps. Through one-on-one coaching, training, and mentorship, you'll help team members thrive in their individual roles. You'll also handle leadership functions like scheduling staff, onboarding new employees, conducting performance evaluations, and performing disciplinary actions when appropriate. Your inspirational leadership will support our day-to-day and long-term success!


What We Need From Our Retail Sales Supervisor:

  • Talent for motivating staff and ensuring individual accountability
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Ability to make sound operational decisions
  • Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft programs and retail operational systems, such as a POS

It's not required, but a bachelor's degree in business (or a related field) would help you stand out as an applicant. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in retail sales, customer service, or retail leadership.
