Retail Sales Specialist


Everett, WA


$22.10 - $34.47/Hour


We are hiring a Retail Sales & Inventory Specialist in Everett, WA, to support retail operations, customer service, inventory management, merchandising, and point-of-sale transactions in a fast-paced retail environment. This role requires experience with POS systems, inventory control, shipping/receiving, merchandising execution, and stockroom operations while maintaining high operational and customer service standards.


Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily point-of-sale (POS) transactions and cash control procedures
  • Receive, process, and track incoming/outgoing merchandise shipments
  • Monitor inventory levels, stock balances, and replenishment needs
  • Process Mark Out of Stock (MOS) and Return to Vendor (RTV) items
  • Coordinate inter-store transfers and special customer orders
  • Maintain accurate inventory documentation and support annual inventory counts
  • Execute merchandising floor sets and uphold visual standards
  • Maintain an organized stockroom and proper merchandise storage
  • Identify and communicate facility maintenance needs


Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years retail sales, customer service, or related experience (preferred)
  • Point-of-Sale (POS) systems
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Inventory systems and stock control processes
  • Inventory management and merchandising execution
  • Order processing, shipping/receiving, and stockroom operations
  • Multi-tasking in fast-paced retail environments
  • Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and handle merchandise (unpacking, moving boxes)
  • Retail environment with standing, stocking, and operational duties
