Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers in-store and over the phone with friendly, professional support
• Match each customer with the best phones, plans, and accessories
• Consistently achieve and surpass personal and store sales targets
• Handle activations, payments, and troubleshooting with care
• Stay informed on the latest products, promotions, and services
• Contribute to a positive and team-focused store culture

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English
• Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
• Motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented
• Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn
• Reliable transportation and flexible schedule availability
