What You'll Do:

Retail opportunities may include:

Outfitter (Retail Sales Associate) - Outfitters are the heart of the Fleet Feet experience. They build relationships with customers, provide personalized product recommendations, and help create an inclusive, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities may include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service
• Fitting footwear, apparel, and gear
• Supporting store events and community engagement
• Assisting with daily store operations

Assistant Retail Experience Manager - Assistant Retail Experience Managers help lead the sales floor, support daily operations, and coach Outfitters to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities may include:

• Leading daily floor operations
• Coaching and developing team members
• Supporting hiring, onboarding, and training
• Driving store performance and team engagement

Retail Experience Manager - Retail Experience Managers oversee daily store operations and lead the customer and employee experience within the store.

Responsibilities may include:

• Recruiting, developing, and leading store teams
• Driving sales performance and customer satisfaction
• Managing store operations and scheduling
• Building a positive, high-performing culture

Operations Manager - Operations Managers partner with the Operating Partner to support multi-store performance, operational execution, team development, and business results.

Responsibilities may include:

• Leading store leadership teams
• Driving operational excellence and profitability
• Developing and coaching managers
• Supporting inventory, staffing, and customer experience initiatives
