Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships
Drive sales through product knowledge, enthusiasm, and customer engagement
Support daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures
Lead by example on the sales floor and help train new team members
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting retail environment
Assist with merchandising, inventory, and promotional displays
Qualifications:
Prior retail experience preferred, especially in customer-facing roles
Proven ability to sell and meet personal or team sales goals
Confident communicator with a friendly, outgoing attitude
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with a diverse customer base
Reliable, punctual, and able to work Saturdays without exception
Desire and potential to grow into a store management position
