Footwise 6809 SE Milwaukie Ave. Portland, OR 97202 Footwise is looking for responsible, talented sales professionals to work as part to full-time members of our sales team at our newest location. The store is the first of it's kind to focus on Dansko footwear. Customers will receive the same attention and fitting experience they've come to expect from Footwise, while havng the opportunity to shop a curated, expanded selection of Dansko products for work and beyond. A Keyholder is a store leadership role with the opportunity to make a positive impact in the community while developing expertise in footwear and foot health. Keyholders share their knowledge with customers and staff, provide exceptional service, and lead by example. WHAT WE OFFER OUR EMPLOYEES:
- During the initial training period, this position will be paid an hourly rate starting at $22.00.
- The pay for this position will be reevaluated when sales stabalize and allow for anaysis of the full earning potential for employees at the location.

- Opening and closing the store
- Merchandising
- Store cleanliness and basic maintenance
- Maintaining a high level of person sales, setting the pace on the sales floor.
- Assisting Manager with staff training and supervision when necessary
- Inventory management
- Processing and reporting sales transactions
- Assist the manager with employee training and development.
- Respond to internal and external requests courteously and efficiently. HOURS:
- Open 7 days a week. Operating hours may be dictated by the location.
- Full-time position, 30 to 40 hours per week
- Part-time position, below 30 hours with more flexible scheduling.
