Overview Monmouth Cards is looking for Retail Sales Associates to join our West Hartford location. This role is focused on delivering a high-quality customer experience, supporting sales, and helping customers navigate the trading card and collectibles market. You’ll work in a fast-paced retail environment with a mix of collectors, hobbyists, and new customers.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with purchases, questions, and product recommendations
Provide a friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging in-store experience
Support sales of sealed product, single cards, and supplies
Maintain store organization, cleanliness, and merchandising
Process transactions accurately and efficiently
Restock inventory and assist with product displays
Support in-store events, promotions, and busy sales periods
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills
Reliable and able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Interest in trading cards, collectibles, or sports preferred
Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus
