Job Overview
We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to support a high-traffic retail location on the Las Vegas Strip. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, maintaining merchandise displays, and supporting daily store operations.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Operate POS system and handle cash transactions accurately
Stock, stage, and replenish merchandise on the sales floor
Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness
Assist with inventory counts and product ticketing
Promote products and support sales through customer engagement
Support store operations including sales floor and cash wrap
Requirements
Previous retail, cashier, or customer service experience preferred
Comfortable with cash handling and POS systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work weekends (Friday Sunday required)
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs regularly
Ability to push up to 50 lbs (stocking merchandise)
Active role requiring standing, walking, and stocking
