Part-time Retail Sales Associate position located at Pacific Coast Plaza in Oceanside, CA.
Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, educating customers about products and loyalty programs, and driving sales through suggestive selling.
Assist with merchandising, stockroom, fitting rooms, and operational tasks, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Must be a good communicator, customer-focused, adaptable, and able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical ability to maneuver around the sales floor and lift up to 30 lbs is required.
