Mattress Home is hiring an experienced Retail Sales Associate (Floater) to support multiple locations and step in on the floor when needed.

The Role
This is a multi-store support position.

You will:

Step into different store locations as needed
Work independently on the sales floor
Assist customers through a consultative sales process
Help close deals and support store performance
Maintain showroom standards and professionalism

Schedule

Typically 3–4 days per week
Includes weekend availability
One consistent day supporting our St. Petersburg location

Experience in mattress, furniture, or high-ticket retail sales
Confidence working independently on the sales floor
