Requirements
What You'll Do
- Welcome customers and provide an exceptional shopping experience
- Assist customers in finding products and solutions that meet their needs
- Maintain an organized, attractive, and well-stocked showroom
- Support our Outside Sales team in delivering outstanding customer service
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Build positive relationships with customers and team members
- Help maintain a clean, professional, and inviting retail environment
- Pitch in wherever needed to support the success of the team
What We're Looking For
- Previous retail sales experience preferred
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Basic math and computer proficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mentality
- Reliable, dependable, and eager to learn
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to pass a pre-employment screening following a conditional offer

Salary Description
Pay range $20-$21 per hour DOE
