What You'll Do as a Retail Sales Associate
You will play an important role in delivering value to AAA members while supporting overall sales performance:
Consistently promote and recommend AAA memberships, insurance referrals, and financial products
Assist customers with travel planning including hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages
Manage and respond to RACC calls continuously throughout the day
Contribute to team operations by helping with cashiering, tag and title services, and ID services as needed

What Makes You a Great Fit
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong communication skills - you can build trust and explain value clearly
Comfortable navigating multiple systems in a fast-paced environment
Previous sales experience is a plus
Basic geography knowledge is a plus
Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain with 6 months of employment.
Satisfactory pre-employment and post-employment screening results including criminal, drug, and state and/or vendor specific screenings. This may include the ability to obtain necessary Membership license (or others) as required to perform the essential functions of the position.
