The gorgeous Waldorf Astoria Resort in Maui, Grand Wailea, is looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join this fantastic team!

Located on 40 acres of lush tropical gardens, this Forbes 4-Star property is consistently ranked among the world''s best resorts with 780 rooms, 100,000 square feet of banquet space, and 7 food and beverage outlets. This includes 3 restaurants, 3 bars, a cafe, and in-room dining.

  • Classification: Full-Time
  • Shift: Various - must have availability to workdays, nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Pay Rate: The pay rate for this role is $19.92 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6-months of customer service experience, an excellent attitude, and a passion for creating unforgettable experiences for others.

  • Process transactions with care: Accurately total and handle guest payments using the point-of-sale system; manage cash transactions, process credit and debit cards, issue change, and redeem gift certificates/cards
  • Package and fulfill orders: Wrap merchandise and prepare orders for shipments
  • Monitor inventory: Assist with stock management and ensuring proper merchandise supply levels
