As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of Frontier, helping customers explore internet and TV packages tailored to their lifestyles. Training will equip the Retail Sales Associate with sales skills in communication and sales techniques, allowing you to assess customer needs and match them with the perfect Frontier service.


Role Responsibilities of the Retail Sales Associate

  • Welcome customers into a customer-focused sales environment while introducing Frontier internet and TV services based on connectivity needs.
  • Recommend internet and entertainment solutions by learning about customer streaming habits, device usage, and viewing preferences.
  • Translate service features into customer-friendly benefits such as reliable streaming, improved home connectivity, and expanded viewing access.
  • Guide customers through pricing plans, bundled services, and promotional opportunities to support informed sales decisions.
  • Coordinate account onboarding and enrollment support to create a positive customer service experience.
  • Maintain ongoing customer engagement through follow-up communication that supports satisfaction, retention, and future sales opportunities.
