Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers in finding the perfect clothing and accessories, providing personalized styling advice.
  • Maintain a visually appealing store by organizing merchandise and ensuring displays are up to date.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
  • Engage with customers to build relationships and foster loyalty through excellent service.
  • Stay informed about current fashion trends and product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
  • Participate in inventory management, including restocking and organizing stockroom.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Support promotional events and store initiatives to drive traffic and sales.
Requirements:
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse customers.
  • Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in fashion or retail is a plus.
  • Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds and stand for extended periods.
