This role involves engaging customers in Soft Goods areas, including apparel, footwear, and fitting rooms, to drive sales and enhance the shopping experience.
- Provide excellent customer service by building lasting relationships and offering expert product knowledge.
- Assist with front-end operations such as returns, exchanges, and promotions.
- Maintain well-stocked, visually appealing merchandise displays and ensure cleanliness and organization.
- Stay informed about current promotions and marketing events to support merchandising efforts.
- Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management for continuous improvement.
Qualifications include strong communication, basic computer skills, organizational ability, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Experience in retail or customer service is preferred. The position requires physical stamina to stand, lift, and move throughout the store.
