We’re looking for a high-energy leader to recruit, coach, and manage retail teams supporting major programs inside Home Depot and Costco locations. You’ll travel between stores, build strong teams, keep operations running smoothly, and bring positive energy everywhere you go.
This role is perfect for someone who’s been an Assistant Store Manager, retail lead, field trainer, or staffing coordinator and is ready for something bigger.

Responsibilities:
- Recruiting, training, and motivating retail teams
- Managing schedules, events, and store support operations
- Coaching employees to perform at a high level
- Building relationships with retail managers and field teams
