    Description

    NO PHARMACY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

    We are looking for someone who has consistent customer service experience, preferably in a retail setting. Prior pharmacy experience is preferred, but not required to be considered for the position.

    We are looking for someone who:
    • can work up to 25 hours per week, including at least one Saturday a month (two preferred) and one or two evenings per week
    • works hard as part of a team or by themselves
    • has great attention to detail
    • is friendly
    • can meet expectations for excellent customer service
    • can adapt to changes in facility needs
    • has a minimum of one year of customer service experience within the last six years, with two or more years preferred
    • has strong analytical and critical thinking skills
    • has excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • has strong organizational skills

    Responsibilities:
    • First and foremost, provide EXCELLENT customer service to our patients
    • Prepare medication and other healthcare products for patients
    • Measure dosage of medications, according to prescription orders
    • Process prescriptions using computer software
    • Label and record dosage information
    • Monitor storage and inventory of medications and supplies
    • Answer phone calls directed to the store
    • Handle monetary transactions
    • Assist customers in the store and over the phone

    Pay Rate:
    Starting at $17/hr, with pay bumps available as you learn more within the pharmacy. Higher starting pay available if you have previous pharmacy experience.
