This role oversees front-end store operations to deliver a customer-centric shopping experience, manage omnichannel processes, and maintain store standards.
- Assist in leading adherence to SOPs, company policies, and compliance requirements.
- Train and coach team members, serve as Manager on Duty, and support talent development.
- Ensure effective execution of safety, shrink, inventory, and cash handling procedures.
- Lead store events, manage customer interactions, and support product stocking and framing services.
- Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining store conditions.
- Preferred retail management experience; physical ability to perform store duties, including lifting and standing for long periods.
- Work environment includes climate-controlled retail areas, stock rooms, and outdoor tasks; hours may include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
