Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Retail Inventory Coordinator to join our footwear team. You will play a pivotal role in driving category success by managing store inventory health, enhancing communication with our retail operations team, and addressing critical retail needs. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, exceptional communication skills, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel to a hybrid role (3 days in the office) based in our Carrboro, NC corporate office.

Join Us:
- 2 or more years of multi-door retail experience required.
- 2+ years of Purchasing and/or Planning experience preferred.
- RICS Point of Sale experience preferred.
- NetSuite experience preferred.
- Experience with data input and analysis in an inventory allocation tool preferred.
- Strong eye for business and retail industry knowledge.
- Problem solver who enjoys challenges and takes pride in crafting the right solution.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to listen and adapt.
- Communicates authoritatively with the team, stores, and vendors.
- Outspoken self-starter with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Consistent record of working independently.
- Willing to go above and beyond when needed.
- Ability to travel 25% to Retail Store/ Market depending on company needs.
- Carrboro, NC based with flexible working days/hour.
