Description
- Manage retail and tenant improvement projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor scopes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and consultants.
- Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Review drawings, contracts, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
- Coordinate field operations with Superintendents and subcontractors.
- Monitor project costs and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the client's expectations.
Support business development efforts and help maintain strong client relationships.

Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
- 5+ years of experience managing retail, commercial interiors, or tenant improvement projects.
- Experience overseeing multiple fast-track projects simultaneously.
- Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and financial reporting.
- Experience coordinating architects, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills.
- Desire to grow professionally and take on increasing leadership responsibilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
