Responsibilities include greeting customers and teammates, understanding their needs, processing merchandise, maintaining presentation standards, and fulfilling omni-channel services like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
They support loss prevention, adhere to safety and confidentiality policies, foster an inclusive environment, and assist team members as needed.
Ideal traits are accountability, customer focus, collaboration, trustworthiness, sound decision-making, and action orientation.
Qualifications include prior retail or customer service experience, physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs., stand or walk for extended periods, and perform repetitive motions.
Targeted pay ranges from $16.50 to $24.50 per hour, with benefits offered.
