We are hiring a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Selling Floor Supervisor to join our store leadership team.
In this role, you will
- supervise store functions and associates as Manager on Duty
- drive sales through coaching and training
- ensure safety and promote a diverse, collaborative culture
- resolve issues and oversee front-end operations to deliver exceptional customer service
- support asset protection strategies and assist with recruiting and onboarding
- participate in workload planning and community programs
- manage schedules and monitor adherence
- work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Requirements include at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail environment, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle merchandise and stand for extended periods.
