As a Retail Front End Supervisor, you'll work closely with Store Management to oversee Merchandising, Customer Service, Operations, and Human Resources, serving as a key leader and stepping stone to management roles.
Key responsibilities include supervising store functions, training and coaching associates, ensuring safety, fostering teamwork, resolving issues, and supporting asset protection strategies. You will also assist with recruiting, scheduling, and community engagement efforts.
