Sodexo is seeking an experienced Retail Foodservice Manager 2 to lead daily retail foodservice operations for 2 hospitals, HMH Old Bridge Medical Center and Raritan Bay Medical Center located in Old Bridge and Perth Amboy, New Jersey

 

Old Bridge Medical Center operates 113 beds and Raritan Bay operates at 365 beds.They are both community hospitals and part of the Hackensack Meridian Health network.

What You'll Do

The Retail Manager 2 will oversee front and back-of-house retail operations in two locations and manage a team of frontline staff members. Responsibilities include retail menu and promotion development, cash handling and driving retail sales.

  • have oversight of day-to-day retail operations
  • achieve company and client financial targets and goals;  
  • develop and maintain client and customer relationships;
  • ensure HACCP, regulatory and standards compliance;
  • ensure Sodexo standards are met
