The Food Safety Manager is crucial to executing new programs, improving existing processes, and executing food safety and compliance initiatives. Your day starts reviewing overnight incidents and monitoring KPI dashboards before joining the daily food safety status call. Afternoons include leading cross-functional incident analyses, conducting site audits, updating protocols, and training teams via video conference.
