Job Summary

We are seeking a Retail Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced Medicare retail center. This role involves greeting customers, scheduling sales consultations, creating customer accounts in CRM, supporting daily store operations, and ensuring a welcoming customer experience.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers visiting the Medicare Center

Schedule sales consultation appointments

Create and update customer accounts in CRM

Support daily retail center operations and reporting

Maintain inventory of sales materials and office supplies

Deliver excellent customer service and communicate professionally

Required Qualifications

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

High attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

Must complete the Retail Store Temp Assessment (Glider)

Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred

Training: Paid training provided (Corporate Orientation, Online/Classroom Training & Job Shadowing).
