Responsibilities include training, mentoring, managing pet adoptions and events, promoting merchandise, handling online orders, and supporting store operations.
Qualifications include 2+ years retail experience, strong communication skills, flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and physical ability to handle lifting and pet handling.
While not directly supervising employees, the supervisor guides associates, acts as the Leader on Duty, and supports store leadership. Physical demands involve walking, lifting, and working around animals and pet hair.
