This role is a Retail Customer Service Supervisor (Key Holder) responsible for providing exceptional pet parent service, overseeing store safety, cleanliness, and merchandising.
They support associate development through training, coaching, and performance feedback, and act as the Leader on Duty when needed.
The supervisor promotes store events, manages pet adoptions and live sales, and ensures positive customer interactions both in person and online.
Additional duties include operating POS systems, maintaining store standards, and ensuring a safe environment for pets and customers.
Qualifications include 2+ years retail experience, strong communication, organizational skills, and full-time availability, including evenings and weekends.
Physical demands involve standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working around live animals and pet hair.
