Bark If You’re Dirty ~ Phoenix Location - Healthy Pet Center is seeking a Retail Leader to join our award-winning (New Times & Phoenix Magazine's "Best Of Phoenix") team. We are a premier retail destination for people who treat their pets as family members. We are a one-stop shop for washing, feeding and spoiling your pet!
Now is your chance to join our fast growing and fun environment. We are looking for a Retail Lead who has open availability, including evenings, weekends and some holidays. Onsite training of all store operations, duties and product knowledge will be provided to eager learners!
A successful applicant for a Retail Lead position MUST meet the following criteria:
Open Availability.
Good communicator.
Customer service oriented by putting customers first.
Customer service assurance.
Ability to build customer relationships.
Has experience in field inquiries, handling complaints and monitor customer service.
Has experience managing and building a team.
Has experience meeting and maintaining the store's monthly targets and store budgets.
Detail oriented while working on a POS system.
Multitasking capabilities.
Is responsible for store operations.
Confident and enthusiastic.
Merchandising experience.
Managing deliveries and Inventory control.
Able to deal with confidential matters.
Required experience:
Previous key holder experience 1 year+
Sales Experience
Customer Service Experience
Flexible schedule, must work nights and weekends available 15 to 30 hours per week.
