Customer Service Representative
K&R Staffing HR Consulting LLC is currently seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative for a growing medical supply retailer. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with retail or cashier experience who enjoys helping customers and providing outstanding service.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience handling cash and credit card transactions, assisting customers with product selections, and maintaining a clean, organized retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist customers in selecting products that best meet their needs
- Process cash, credit card, and other forms of payment accurately
- Operate a point-of-sale (POS) system
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory displays
- Receive and organize incoming merchandise
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Answer customer questions regarding products and availability
- Assist with inventory counts and restocking efforts
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, cashiering, or a similar customer-facing role required
- Experience handling cash and credit card transactions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
