They are looking for a seasoned Construction Superintendent to join our team and oversee retail and restaurant construction projects in Dallas, TX and surrounding areas.Job DescriptionLead and manage construction projects for retail and restaurant builds, ensuring timely completion within budget.Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications and deadlines are met.Monitor project progress, address issues, and communicate status updates to stakeholders.Prepare project schedules, cost estimates, and budgets.Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal construction regulations.Conduct site inspections to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to project plans.Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors.Collaborate with clients to ensure their expectations and vision are met.Manage change orders and resolve construction-related disputes efficiently.Ensure projects meet quality control standards and align with company goals.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
