Manage commercial construction projects from estimating and preconstruction through final closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost reports. Lead subcontractor procurement, buyout, and contract administration efforts. Prepare and review project estimates, proposals, and scopes of work. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams throughout the project lifecycle. Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Conduct regular jobsite visits to support project progress, quality, and safety initiatives. Manage owner billing, subcontractor payments, and project financial performance. Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining client satisfaction. Ensure successful project closeout, including punch lists, warranties, as-builts, and occupancy documentation.
